Free shipping is available across India, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
4. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, Maanshe cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, and contact number while placing an order.
Maanshe will not be responsible for delivery delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to Maanshe due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, any applicable return shipping charges may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
7. Customized Orders
Customized or specially prepared orders may require additional processing time. Any additional delivery timeline will be communicated to the customer wherever applicable.
